John Fuller is a poet and novelist. His latest collection of poems is Asleep & Awake (Chatto and Windus, 2020) and his latest prose work is a novel for children, Up and Down the Chimney (Shoestring Press, 2021). 

He is an Emeritus Fellow of Magdalen College, Oxford.

John Fuller’s is the third in a series of Broadsides launched earlier this year. Previous titles include

A New Broadside from John Barnie

The latest in the Rack Press Broadside series is now available to order.  Kaleidoscope: Images from a Disordered World by John Barnie is a montage of the violent disruptive world we live in today, watched on our screens as we pour ourselves a glass. 

John is a leading Welsh poet and environmentalist. A former editor of the magazine Planet, his collection of essays The King of Ashes won a Welsh Arts Council prize for literature. 

John is appearing at the Knighton Literary Festival on 11th October 2024.

 RACK PRESS AND SAGE DANCE COMPANY 

AT BLOOMSBURY FESTIVAL

Sage Dance Company and Rack Press Poetry 

are presenting, at the Bloomsbury Festival in October, their latest collaboration: 

LIFE LINES 

a cabaret of dance, poetry and live music 

exploring aspects of the festival theme, Human.Kind.

Sage Dance Company is a contemporary dance company for people of 55 yrs plus. 

Rack Press Poetry is an independent small poetry press based in Wales.

Building on the success of many previous events they have created separately for Bloomsbury Festival and last year’s first joint venture, they have again joined forces with professional musicians, fellow dancers and poets to create a relaxing, entertaining and thought-provoking hour.

This year’s poets are  Michèle Roberts and Nicholas Murray 

each working with Sage choreographers.

The event will be on 19th October at
